Good point... but does that really happen? I've never really had any
problems with the lineendings when switching between Windows and Linux
(except when using notepad). On the other hand, I had my Windows editor
set up to save UNIX style newlines already, so that may have been the
reason.
In this case though, I'd just say we document the error message that this
would produce and the fix (delete plugins.h)...
