Yup. pretty much any change in the berkly db version will cause the
files to be incompatible. a "proper" tarball will have to use the
"svnadmin dump" command. Which as a raw ascii file is over 400MB.
bzip2'ed at -9 is under 100MB, but still fairly large. But it means
virutlaly any version of SVN can "svn load" it at any point.
