I don't think Stepan should be doing the snapshots any more. The most
efficient thing would be for Bobby to get a SourceForge account. He
could then generate the snapshots and changelogs locally on the
machine hosting the repository and upload them to the correct
directory on the Allegro web page through rsync and a cron script.
