Done (bumped to 4.2.1 (CVS)). Haven't forked off to allegro_4_2_branch yet
though, so 4.2 is still CVS head. Not sure how to make the new_api_branch
the new CVS HEAD and in fact, if we're switching to SVN, I'm not even sure
it's worth the hassle.
