[AD] Allegro 4.2.0

Is uploading to SourceForge right now.
The diff file is with respect to the 4.2.0 beta 4, since I'll be removing 
the release candidate from the publicly available list.

I'll wait a bit before announcing the release publically to give Matthew 
and Peter Hull time to prepare binary releases and as a loop hole in case 
something has gone dramatically wrong afterall ;)

I'll bump the CVS version to 4.2.1 (CVS) after the release is done - or 
should I bump it to 4.2.1 (SVN)? :P
