Hm, something strange is going on.. I now get the HW cursor in all
windowed apps in windows, with current CVS. Without modifying any
code. So maybe somehow I committed a wrong file in the past or
something. I'll try to investigate tomorrow. Also, some of the
examples freeze.. we should fix this for beta2.
