RE: [AD] Allegro for WinCE ?

As far as I know, there are two tools to perform this task.

To develop for WinCE 3.0 and previous, you have to use Embedded Visual
C++ 3.0
To develop for WinCE.Net (i.e. WinCE 4.0 or 4.2), you have to use
Embedded Visual C++ 4.0 (It is not compatible with 3.0)

I don't know if there is an special version of VC++ for WinCE.Net 5.0
(the last one to be ship soon)

With those IDEs you can generate software for PocketPC, Tablet PC, etc.
Each one of them has it own assembler.
Each IDE has a combo to select the destination platform (ARM, MIPS, x86,
etc.) and its emulator.

Marce.

If I were considering to do a "Windows Mobile" port of allegro, how
would I start?

(BTW, I posted this before as well as another mail regarding getter
function -
none of this made it to the list - so I was wondering if a delay of
several hours is normal?)
