And you can't use DGA1 if you have DGA2 enabled, AFAIK. I wouldn't be 
totally against removing it, since it would help clean up xwin.c and 
there is X11 there as a fallback.. plus, as was said we don't even know 
if it works anymore. Much like the OS9 build I think we should remove 
(if it hasn't been yet).

I would however keep DGA2 around as long as possible.
