Before reinventing the wheel you should take a look at "Allegro XML
Documentation DTD" in CVS module makedoc
(http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/alleg/makedoc/src/). That is the
new generation makedoc format for Allegro 5 (when it will be someday
written). I see no problem in using it for Allegro 4.
