Heh, well, in the end, I got it all to compile (I had to flick between DJGPP
and MinGW32 make a few times though - MingW32 (well, MSYS)'s make wouldn't
execute copy commands, and DJGPP's crashed sometimes), but it still won't
compile with optimisations, even though I have the Professional version of
VS.NET. Grrrr @ Microsoft.
