Ok, the previous errors are gone with ALSA 0.9.0rc6. However, the
initialisation of the driver fails at the setting buffer size stage.
errno has EINVAL. alsa9_bufsize is 2048. I forced some other values of
alsa9_bufsize, which didn't work either.
