[AD] allegro-config patch: sed expression seds too much

Title: allegro-config patch: sed _expression_ seds too much

Something like:

-Iinclude -s -O

would become

-Iinclude-O

which annoyed me to no end :)

Don't know how this one went in, as it should hose every
single build, unless it's my specific configure options ?
Didn't look more, this fixes it fine.
