I think it must have been there from the birth of exswitch, and since
the bug is not even in the library, I don't mind keeping it in 4.0.1
(btw, watcom is a weird platform to run exswitch on anyway :-). But I
still think it's worth fixing in 4.1, especially with my faster drawn
fractal :-).
