Yes, but the al_* rule is to provide a `namespace' for Allegro, so that
its names don't collide with other libs/etc. I find it quite doubtful
that another library will have an `install_allegro()' routine :-)

So I would rather just keep install_allegro(), remove_allegro() and
allegro_init() as they are.
