Actually I don't like it very much either ! My preference would be for
install_allegro/remove_allegro but I guess one can object this breaks the
al_* rule.
> al_initialize() or al_init() // like old install_allegro
> al_initialize_default() or al_init_default() // old allegro_init
IMHO 'allegro' should be present in the name.
