It looks like the things are getting better on this front: the new way of
enumerating the DirectDraw surfaces (that we already talked about, Robin)
solves the page flipping problem for at least one user, on two different
machines (Justin_W on allegro.cc). It's too bad that Peter Hull didn't test
it before upgrading his nVidia drivers.
I put the fix in the 3.9.40 WIP, because I was really convinced that it was
the way to go. So if you know of users that come across the page flipping
problem, try (read force ;-) to make them upgrade to 3.9.40 WIP.
