If you use it for OpenGL, then it's nearly complete (although not feature-complete). There are some odd ends that need fixing, and the whole OpenGL extension mess. As an Allegro 2D driver, it's quite lacking really. Basic primitives are there, blitting kinda works, sometimes :)
