When a program is using hardware-accelerated pritimives inside a loop, it
may not stop when the user switches it into the background even if the
switch mode is pause-based.
(e.g in the test program, with the GFX_DIRECXT_WIN driver, during 'hline'
profiling).
The little fix is attached.
