Personally i just ran 'misc/zipup.sh datestamp' to create a proper
distribution (which has the makefile.dep files and allegro.def files) which
i then used. this gets rid of all the annoying cvs specific files too.
I could put a fixdll.sh in cvs if there's a demand for it. Personally I do
just fine without.
