[AD] Cross compilation helper script.

Well what can I say comrades... It's in CVS. I made a nice little xmake.sh
script that works like a dream... You just use xmake.sh instead of make. Simple!

I initially tried to hack the fix* scripts to make a more stuffy 'makefile' but
i had to give that up because it got too messy.  Sorry Tom but i really did give
it a fair try. 

Try to issue the command: ./xmake.sh PENTIUMONLY=1 lib docs grabber
and watch it all go just as you would expect. It it just me or has building
Win32 ports of software from Linux just become _so_ darn sexy? ;o)
