This patch seems to work fine on DJGPP. I have included some results
from test below; to summarize:
 - VESA2.0 drivers (.: no hardware acceleration)
 - little/no change in 32-bit mode
 - little change in 8-bit memory->screen
 - huge change in 8-bit memory->screen (aligned) and masked blit
