[AD] Linux Intellimouse updates

This patch adds two drivers, LIPS (Intellimouse PS2) and IMS
(Intellimouse serial), and takes away the "intellimouse" config
variable, so now you select these drivers just like any other.  It
also makes it possible to use an Intellimouse with the normal MS
protocol.
