Ok, here's another patch that adds the following things:

- DGA 2.0 detection in the configure script (it wasn't hard as I thought)
- DGA 1.0 driver now fails to init if dga_major_version is != 1
- Old DGA driver now specifies it uses DGA extension 1.0
- BeOS joystick driver
- BeOS os_type support
- Modified allegro.cfg and allegro._tx to report DGA 2 and BeOS joystick
new config variable
