[AD] another boring update.

patch to add peter to credits. i also removed the note in todo.txt that 'a
native mingw32 build would be nice'. it would look stupid to forget to
remove that before the next WIP. speaking of WIPs, shouldn't somebody start
releasing a new WIP pretty soon?

note: sorry for not applying this to CVS myself, i'm having a problem with
installing SSH on redhat, so i can't get non-anonymous CVS access working
for the moment.
