hi. here's a patch which allows the use of gcc -shared on the native mingw32
build. that means many times faster DLL building, and a 477kb big DLL
instead of 693kb. this will only work with a never mingw32 than gcc-2.95.2.
(f.x. the latest development snapshot)

btw. isaac, it seems like you deleted the directories alleg, alld and allp
under obj/mingw32/ put them back. what i wanted you to do was to delete the
precompiled dependancies, since they are now properly generated by make
depend for msvc and mingw32.
