[AD] d_yield_proc()

Hi,
Do you think it would be a good idea to add a
`d_yield_proc()', ie. a simple invisible object that
calls `yield_timeslice()' in the `MSG_IDLE' event, to
the gui? Here's a patch that does that, and also makes
the dialogs in the tools use it.
