Hmmm, I guess this is being sarcasm ;)
If so, I'll enlighten you:
patch -p1 < patch.diff
Depending on where you apply the patch, and where it was created (just
a matter of paths, look in the .diff file itself to see paths), you
may want to change the -p number (the # of dirs to skip when applying)
