On the US keyboard key TILDE always prints a character. The problem
with the Slovak keyboard is, that when pressed without SHIFT,
it is a normal ASCII char, and when pressed with SHIFT, it's an
accent. I think this cannot be done in Allegro's Keyconf.exe :-(
