[AD] ALSA driver

Just for my own interest's sakes, I added an ALSA driver to Allegro.

I'm pretty sure it won't be used much at all, since ALSA has OSS
emulation anyway.  If they're not incorporated into Allegro, I'll keep
a copy here locally for the distant future, when OSS is dropped from
the Linux kernel in favour of ALSA :)
