This patch adds DGA mode to the X-windows version of Allegro. It must
be applied after au032. DGA driver needs root privileges, otherwise
its detection will fail and X-windows driver will be used instead.
In test program it is better to choose DGA driver explicitly (if you
want to use DGA), or it might not be autodetected (because DGA mode
with large virtual screen might be rejected).
