Team: Just want to clear some points
1. We are not using Network Manager
2. We are only using chrony in our implementation, NTP-Server-x are the source servers for chrony to sync time

Have you confirmed that?

If you have NetworkManager enabled, but the interface which is needed to reach the NTP servers is not managed by NetworkManager, there might be a missing "up" event for the dispatcher script to set the sources as online.

You might need to disable the dispatcher script to avoid switching the sources to offline.
