Chronyc didn't seem to recognize it. I was just trying out all the commands in the chronyc documentation. Apologies that I wasn't more clear.

What is the issue? You are getting falsetickers when both the NTP
source and PPS refclocks are enabled? Do you have the "local"
directive in chrony.conf? The selectdata output might help, or the
statistics log.
