This probably wouldn't be a widely used feature. Are there any other
devices known to be using UT1 over NTP? NTPv5 should bring official
support for other timescales, but I wasn't planning to support UT1.
I'd prefer to reuse/share functionality with other use cases. I
already had a plan to add an offset command to chronyc to modify the
offset option of existing sources. This is now in git.
With that I think you can write a script that will periodically modify
the offset of all sources to follow the dUT1, i.e. keep the system
clock synchronized to UT1.
