I can only imagine a new option, where this field would go in a new
column, for example:

-o This option enables printing of the original hostname set in the
configuration SERVER, POOL and PEER Directives.

I would also reword -n:

-n This option disables resolving of IP addresses to hostnames, e.g.
to avoid slow DNS lookups. Long addresses will not be
     truncated to fit into the column. When this option is not used
the hostname resolved might not be the one set in the configuration
    DIRECTIVES, but instead is the one resulting from reverse DNS resolution.
