Tags needs only a few more tables, it can be added later in
vhffs > 4.1.0, or in vhffs 4.2.x :)

I agree, we need someone to start the tags developement. It doesn't 
modify the core of vhffs so this is perfect for a beginner with vhffs, 
if anyone is on this list and motivated, reply !
