[uruk] Public Key for LinuxLibre issue.

Hello,

In a recent posting, I mentioned having trouble getting the kernel repository to be updated with apt, on Uruk 8.0 Beta 1.  On my installation, I fixed this by following the instructions here.  When you put Beta 2 or the final release together, remember to add this public key, and users should be ok.
