(I have never tried Haiku :)

BTW I have no issues with Pidgin (on Uruk or Trisquel)

I did not change my login password

i get in the terminal Unable to load SSL Cert from/usr/share/gajim/src
when i skip entering the password in that window

I tried:removing Gajim with synaptic & configuration files
but that changed nothing i still get asked for the new keyring password

I installed Gajim on Trisquel 7 XFCE and i have the same issue (although
it goes unnoticed because i have
no pop up window with "new password")so with Trisquel it's only if you
open the terminal to find the same
message :Unable to load SSL Cert from/usr/share/gajim/src

so i changed my login password
and again Gajim window popped up when i start it
entering the new login password is unsuccessful

But this does not stop Gajim from working

It looks like a specific Gajim issue (on gNewSense 4  i have no messages
of error!)

The cert is "recent"+Let's Encryp

I will stick with Pidgin and contact Gajim
