Using "-keybd evdev,,device=/dev/input/event0,xkbrules=xorg,xkbmodel=pc105,xkblayout=us"
worked here.
Source: http://repository.timesys.com/buildsources/x/xorg-server/xorg-server-1.6.3/S75-Xfbdev
