Ok so ansering myself to skyp task hint on bar, for Openbox we can use
rc.xml and add:

    <application name="tazdrop">
	  <focus>no</focus>
	  <skip_taskbar>yes</skip_taskbar>
    </application>

But will not work for other WM!
