Hi, guys. Need to clarify some things related to receipts and $SUBJ
How build-time and runtime dependencies are handled now in case they
differ (like when a receipt needs a huge program to be built, but
doesnt need it to run)?
P.S. Old tazwok was really simpler. And we broke 4.0 timeline with
useless migration.
With best regards, Alexander.
