You can do this, no problem.

Just install mercurial and gettext.

Then clone tazpkg and slitaz-tools from the repos:

	$ hg clone http://hg.slitaz.org/tazpkg
	$ hg clone http://hg.slitaz.org/slitaz-tools

Then run:
 
	$ msginit --locale=ru --input=name.pot

on the .pot file. And this should give you a ru.po file which you can
translate manually or with poedit.

You can either post on the list or one of us can give you access to the
SliTaz repos to push your work.
