Thank you for help and advice.
Now I translate 'tazpkg' from hg, not only po-file, but whole tazpkg
will have Russian support (doc, mime etc.)
So, Vadim Plessky, please, don't re-do this work again independently.
Paul, I'll post you 'tazpkg' hg archive as fast as I translate it.
