submit patch for slim package

hi,
According to this feature request (http://labs.slitaz.org/issues/show/130) and my needs, there a patch that i have write to get a shutdown/reboot menu and key shortcut.
there also a patch found on berlios that add an option to the slim.conf witch allow to reboot the computer without the root password
