Releases Notes 2.0 - Translations and comments

Hi,

Please find attached the releases notes for SliTaz 2.0, you will find
in the tarball the English version translated by Paul and the French
one. They are both in xHTML and must be renamed with your language
code, ex: relnotes.pt.html

The notes will be include on the LiveCD and accessible via a desktop
icon and Openbox menu. In the tarball you will also find the default
index with all languagues intro, please add a few line to link to your
relnotes.
