Hi luc,
the menu entries are generated of these desktop files, so you have to
modify them (for example with geany or mousepad, its plain text).
for example, an entry for ristretto:
Exec=ristretto %F
Icon=ristretto
Terminal=false
Type=Application
X-MultipleArgs=false
Categories=Graphics;Viewer;
StartupNotify=true
The Categories define, where the application is listed, in this case
in graphics.
