Hello,
I've compiled and installed udev124 as it was some weeks ago:
http://repos.slitaz.org/wok/file/4f6e59da0ca2/udev/
This solved my problem: Now, I can load the needed firmware.
So recent udev has a problem.
It's not related to these 2 logs, as they also appear with udev124:
== log 1 ==
Sep 14 17:51:48 (none) daemon.err udevd[562]: init_udevd_socket: bind failed: Address already in use
Sep 14 17:51:48 (none) daemon.err udevd[562]: main: another udev daemon already running
== log 2 ==
Sep 13 13:44:52 (none) daemon.err udevd[493]: lookup_group: specified group 'lp' unknown
(and such logs for others groups)
It's not related to this third log, as it only concerns pcmcia rules, and my last mail seems to solve it:
== log 3 ==
Sep 13 13:44:52 (none) daemon.err udevd[493]: add_to_rules: unknown key 'MODALIAS' in /etc/udev/rules.d/60-pcmcia.rules:14
So we can ignore logs to solve **this** problem.
It's probably a package problem, but I've compared udev-124.tazpkg and udev-126.tazpkg and found nothing strange.
udev-126 add a ./configure script. Maybe the problem come from this moment of packaging.
Does somebody has any other idea?
Sygne.
