Have you thought of compiling WebKit to replace the browser?
I didn't have much joy with your Web boot feature. There is such a
feature in http://debian-live.alioth.debian.org/ and you might want to
look at how's it done as I believe it works better. Perhaps I had a
bad connection at the time mind.
I would like Webconverger to get much smaller, though I like using
"official" Debian packages since I'm lazy.
