[Sawfish] limiting size of windows

Hello all,

As you can see on the photo of my webpage http://starynkevitch.net/Basile/index_en.html I have a large screen on left, and a smaller screen on right.

This is on Debian/Sid, so sawfish package is 1:1.11.90-1.1

I would like to limit all X11 windows to no more than 2000 pixels wide and 1300 pixels height.

I am familiar with Lisp dialects since I was the architect and implementor of the now obsolete GCC MELT, see http://www.starynkevitch.net/Basile/gcc-melt/

I never used sawfish, but I guess that I might use the while-resizing-hook


Any concrete examples of it?
