There's a problem with the --prefix option to ./configure in
the sawfish-1.9.0 release. Makedefs does
include $(repexecdir)/rules.mk
_after_ recording the user's choice of prefix for installing
sawfish, which thereby gets overwritten.
I configured sawfish with --prefix=/opt/sawfish and was
surprised (to say the least) that "make install" ignored this
and put everything under /usr (/usr being the location of
librep).
