Re: [proaudio] patch for lmms-9999-r1 (new branch by upstream)

there was no master branch before ... or i was blind. i recall there was only old-master, stable-0.4, and when lmms-1.0 was release they created stable-1.0. anyway, with master branch there the ebuild should definitely use master branch :-)

I thought -9999 is using for development versions.  Based on their mailing list, it looks like stable-1.0 is for backporting fixes and "master" is used for new development.  What is your intention with this ebuild?

Hi,

I agree on the proposed branching model and pushed everything accordingly..

Important note for all users: if you compile LMMS from Git, please
switch to the stable-1.0 branch:

git checkout -b stable-1.0 origin/stable-1.0

Then you can do "git pull" from time to time. If you want unstable
stuff which is going to be included in 1.1 (Q2/2014) checkout the
master branch instead.

hi,

with lmms 1.0 release upstream created new branch so it's needed to
update branch in the ebuild aswell.
